Aside from our new website, the library has undergone extensive remodeling and we have an entirely new look which was featured in this year’s architectural issue of The Library Journal (2019). Check out some of the photos below.

Automatic Renewals are here! Your materials will be automatically renewed for 2 weeks if there are not any holds on them.

Effective, Tuesday, November 1st, 2016 for Dolton Library Patrons, Adult Library Cards will be the only cards that can check out any type of audio/video library items. Adults are considered 18 years of age and older and the adult must be the person conducting the checkout. Audio/Video library materials include DVDs, Tapes, Records, Electronic Games, etc. Also note that the limit is 4 (four) of these type of items that can be checked out in the SWAN Library Consortium at any one given time. The SWAN Library Consortium are all the South Suburban Libraries.
