CEDA can help you

Are you a senior or person with a disability and you don't have transportation apply for energy assistance in Harvey or Robbins?  If so, CEDA will serve the public every other Wednesday (while funding lasts) beginning on September 28th at the library.  CEDA offers home energy assistance programs during the upcoming holiday season and LIHEAP-eligible applicants will have two payment plan options to choose from:  Direct Vendor Payment or Percent of Income Payment.

LIHEAP Enrollment Details

  • Seniors and Disable Invidividuals:  Beginning September 1st
  • Emergency Furnace, Reconnection Assistance, and Households with Children under 5 years of age:  Beginning October 1st
  • General Enrollment:  Beginning November 1st.
