Luz Ruiz-Echandy will walk us through the 9 steps to follow in buying your first home, from pre-qualification through loan approval and closing.  She'll also cover current programs offered to first-time buyers, grants available, closing costs and more.

Note:  You must pre-register at the Circulation Desk either in-person or via phone in order to participate.  Space is limited so we encourage you to register early.
