Notary Public

The Dolton Public Library District provides notary public services at no charge to patrons.

• Service is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 4:30pm.  Note:  Please call ahead for availability of service.
• Documents that are signed and dated beforehand WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for notary service.
• Documents must be signed and dated while on library premises and must be witnessed and verified in person by the notary public.  If multiple signatures are required, all parties must be present to sign and date the document(s) in the presence of the notary public.
• One form of photo ID must be presented for each person signing the document (i.e., driver's license, state ID).
